As a Food & Beverage Staff at Kasyasindo Megah Perkasa, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. You'll work closely with our team to prepare and serve a diverse menu, from appetizers to desserts, and a selection of beverages including coffee, tea, and a variety of cocktails. Your day-to-day tasks will include taking orders, preparing food and drinks, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring prompt and efficient service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Take and process customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and positive dining experiences.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to food safety and service quality.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in special events and promotions as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a restaurant or similar setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
