📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
• Manage payroll administration using our in-house system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for all team members.
• Conduct performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
• Maintain compliance with local labor laws and company policies, ensuring a safe and legal work environment.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their needs and ensure that our team is equipped with the right talent.
• Support the HR team in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company’s goals.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting employee engagement and well-being.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced or creative industry.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
