📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance and banking products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their financial well-being.
• Conduct financial planning sessions to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Leverage CRM systems and other financial tools to manage client interactions and data.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new financial products to provide the best advice to clients.
• Collaborate with the Dynamic Financial Solutions Team to develop and implement innovative financial solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Insurance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, preferably in bancassurance or insurance sales.
• Strong knowledge of insurance and banking products, including life insurance, health insurance, and savings accounts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other financial software tools.
• Certification in financial planning or insurance sales is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
