📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage visa applications for various types of visas, including tourist, business, work, and student visas.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian immigration regulations and policies.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on visa requirements and procedures.
• Coordinate with government agencies, embassies, and other stakeholders to facilitate visa processing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visa applications and client information.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of reports and documentation required by regulatory authorities.
• Provide training and support to staff on immigration and visa procedures.
• Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration and visa services.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian immigration laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with visa processing software such as VisaPro or similar systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
