📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and implement financial assistance programs in collaboration with government agencies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate distribution of funds.
• Process and review applications for financial assistance, ensuring compliance with program guidelines.
• Monitor program performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new financial assistance schemes.
• Provide support and guidance to program beneficiaries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the financial assistance programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial assistance program management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of government financial assistance programs and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Understanding of community development and social impact initiatives.
