📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders to tables with a smile.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments using POS systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance service skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or café environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
