📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain digital infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software.
• Implement and oversee e-governance solutions such as e-administration, e-health, and e-education.
• Train and support local residents in using digital tools and platforms.
• Monitor and optimize digital service performance to ensure reliability and accessibility.
• Collaborate with government agencies and private sector partners to enhance digital services.
• Develop and implement digital literacy programs for community members.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for digital service users.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT administration or a similar role.
• Certifications in IT infrastructure management or digital governance (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft).
• Proficient in using digital governance platforms such as SIMPEDU, SIMPATDA, or SIMPATIK.
• Strong understanding of e-governance principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
