📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging Mandarin language lessons tailored to students' needs and learning styles.
• Create and update lesson plans, worksheets, and educational materials to enhance the learning experience.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.
• Collaborate with other educators to develop and implement comprehensive language programs.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and educational trends in language teaching.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.
• Participate in professional development activities to continuously improve teaching skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, Mandarin Language, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Mandarin language to students of various ages and proficiency levels.
• Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (HSK 6 or equivalent).
• TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom).
• Passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their language learning goals.
