📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including invoicing, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports
- Handle financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial filings
- Provide administrative support to the finance department
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a construction or related industry
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
- Strong understanding of financial principles and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
