📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all legal and compliance activities for the company.
• Ensure that all operations adhere to local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify any potential legal risks.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to other departments as needed.
• Monitor and report on legal and compliance issues to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations and ensure that the company is prepared to comply.
• Work closely with the legal team to ensure that all legal matters are handled efficiently and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal and compliance roles.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly those related to business operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with legal management software such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
