📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and social media content for social impact projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and content creators to develop compelling visual communication materials.
• Use industry-standard design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign to produce high-quality visuals.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Conduct research to understand target audiences and tailor visual content accordingly.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices to continuously improve your work.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides.
• Support the Creative team in brainstorming and ideation sessions to develop innovative visual solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing social impact or non-profit projects.
• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
