As an HR Recruitment Specialist at Seahub Media Indonesia, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and offer management. You will use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and BambooHR to streamline our hiring processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance
• Source and screen candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Conduct initial and final interviews to assess candidate fit and skills
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with company culture
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires
• Utilize recruitment software such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and BambooHR
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities
• Provide regular reports and updates to the HR team and management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Proven experience using recruitment software like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or BambooHR
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian
• Certification in HR or related field is a plus
