📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the Medical Records Unit, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of patient records.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, including but not limited to Indonesian Medical Records Act (UU No. 44/2009).
• Lead a team of medical records professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure the secure storage and retrieval of medical records, utilizing Medanis and other relevant software.
• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate efficient and accurate record-keeping.
• Monitor and improve the efficiency of the medical records workflow.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in medical records management.
• Represent the Medical Records Unit in hospital-wide committees and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Medical Records, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical records management, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Certification in Health Information Management (CHIM) or a similar credential is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and best practices in medical records management.
• Proficient in using Medanis and other relevant medical records software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient confidentiality.
