📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular safety training sessions for construction teams.
• Develop and deliver training materials on health, safety, and environmental protection.
• Provide guidance and support to project managers and site supervisors on safety protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety training programs.
• Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Participate in safety audits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility among team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, and Environmental Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental training.
• Certification in OSHA, NEBOSH, or other relevant safety certifications.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards in the construction industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
• Experience in conducting safety audits and inspections.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
