📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement specialized baby spa treatments, including hydrotherapy, aromatherapy, and gentle massage techniques.
• Assess and monitor each baby's physical and emotional well-being to tailor treatments accordingly.
• Educate parents on proper infant care practices and the benefits of spa therapies.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure treatments align with medical guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in compliance with hygiene standards.
• Record and update baby treatment records using our in-house software, WellnessTrack.
• Participate in staff training and professional development opportunities.
• Promote our center's services to attract new clients and maintain a high standard of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified Baby Spa Therapist certification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in baby spa therapy or related healthcare roles.
• Strong knowledge of infant development and wellness principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with parents and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with WellnessTrack software or similar healthcare management tools.
• Valid first aid and CPR certification.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality care in a wellness setting.
