📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring a high level of service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and train the bar team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Create and manage cocktail menus, working closely with the kitchen to ensure a seamless flow of ingredients.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure the bar is well-stocked.
• Handle cash handling and financial reporting for the bar.
• Assist in the pre-opening preparations, including decor, setup, and staff training.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated guest experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the bar's offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a bar management or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of leading and managing a team effectively.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast or MICROS is a plus.
• Certification in mixology or hospitality management is a plus.
