🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a related role.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
