📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical resources.,Ensure documentation is up-to-date and aligned with product releases.,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Assist in creating training materials and tutorials.,Provide support to customers and internal teams through documentation.,Contribute to improving documentation processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
