📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

3. Implement and monitor sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
4. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

6. Maintain a well-stocked and organized store, with a focus on visual merchandising.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Store Leader or similar role in the retail industry.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
5. Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.
6. Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
