📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and restocking.,Oversee cash handling and ensure accurate financial records.,Assist in the scheduling and coordination of appointments for the salon.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Support the salon staff in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.,Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional materials and displays.,Participate in training and development programs for new staff members.,Collaborate with the salon management team to improve store operations and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using basic computer software and spreadsheet programs.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs (9 kg) occasionally as needed.
