📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Overseeing the construction process from start to finish
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Managing a team of workers and ensuring safety compliance
• Conducting site inspections and quality control checks
• Resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process
• Preparing and submitting progress reports to the project manager
• Ensuring all construction activities comply with relevant regulations and standards
• Training and mentoring junior engineers and workers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or construction management
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in construction and project management
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different sites
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
