Sehati Bimo Motor is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and overall guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.,Train and develop restaurant staff to maintain consistent service quality.,Manage and maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked kitchen and dining area.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
