Sentral Hana Bakery is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our products. You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to coordinate the movement of goods from our production facilities to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products,Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth flow of goods,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards,Manage and maintain relationships with logistics partners and service providers,Develop and maintain logistics documentation and reports,Provide leadership and guidance to junior logistics staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related field,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and industry standards,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus
