📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and prepare and file tax returns.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management, and assist in the development of financial strategies.,Oversee the work of junior accountants and provide guidance and training as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities, and ensure that the company's financial goals are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a senior accountant role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other departments.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
