📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow existing accounts to achieve sales targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for business growth.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on account performance and sales activities.,Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences.,Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to build professional networks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing accounts.,Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales tools.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Knowledge of the local market and cultural nuances in Bali is a plus.
