📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of mining and pumping equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a team of technicians and engineers, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of pumping systems, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with technical and environmental teams to develop and implement operational procedures and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, and maintain a strong safety culture within the team.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and productivity.
• Provide operational updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mining and pumping operations, with a strong background in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring teams in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong knowledge of mining regulations and environmental standards, with a commitment to sustainable practices.
• Proficiency in using mining software and equipment, including but not limited to: AutoCAD, SAP, and mining-specific software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work long hours and be on call as needed, including weekends and holidays.
