📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Promote a safe and clean environment in the healthcare facility.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Assist in the training and development of junior nursing staff.,Participate in continuous professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
