📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage a team of Fund Accountants, ensuring high-quality NAV calculations and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement best practices for NAV calculation methodologies and processes.
• Monitor and analyze NAV calculation data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in fund accounting.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Participate in performance reviews and goal-setting exercises with team members.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as external regulations and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in fund accounting, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Proven track record of managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced financial environment.
• Strong knowledge of NAV calculation methodologies and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and macros.
• Experience with fund accounting software such as Bloomberg, FactSet, or Morningstar.
• Certification in fund accounting (e.g., CFA, CPA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
