📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the tax department, overseeing a team of tax professionals.,Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and deadlines.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities.,Conduct regular tax audits and reviews.,Prepare and file all tax returns accurately and on time.,Provide tax advice to employees and other departments.,Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations.,Manage and maintain tax-related documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax operations, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with tax software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
