HR Development (HRD) Specialist - Balikpapan Site Operations

PT Envicon Ekatama is seeking a dedicated HR Development (HRD) Specialist to join our team in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur. This role is crucial in shaping our workforce to achieve operational excellence. As an HRD Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's goals. This contract position offers a competitive salary range of Rp 5.5M - Rp 7M per bulan.

In this role, you will work closely with the operations team to understand their needs and develop training programs that enhance their skills. You will also be responsible for conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees. Additionally, you will be involved in the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that we bring in the best talent for our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection process to ensure we hire the best talent.
• Collaborate with the operations team to understand their needs and develop training programs.
• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Provide HR support to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Development or a similar role.
• Certification in HR Development or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
