📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.,Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure cost-effective and efficient kitchen operations.,Ensure all food is prepared and served according to the highest standards of quality and taste.,Monitor kitchen performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and productivity.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.,Manage and maintain kitchen equipment and supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine and culinary trends.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid food handler's certificate and any other relevant certifications.
