Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department,Developing and implementing departmental strategies,Managing and mentoring a team of employees,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Reporting to senior management on departmental performance,Identifying and addressing departmental challenges and opportunities,Collaborating with other departments to achieve company goals,Representing the department in company-wide initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role,Proven track record of successful department management,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure,Familiarity with HR management and best practices,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Experience in a similar role within a growing company
