📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of civil and structural projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards, including Indonesian National Standard (SNI) and local building codes.
• Manage project budgets, including cost estimates, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Mentor and guide your team to ensure their professional growth and development.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure all work meets the required standards.
• Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports, final reports, and other documentation as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on civil and structural projects.
• Proficient in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and standards, including SNI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays.
