📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective goals.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment, promoting a positive and productive atmosphere.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or business management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
