📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with clients to understand their beauty and wellness needs and preferences
• Recommend and sell beauty and wellness products and services
• Provide expert advice on beauty and wellness trends and techniques
• Assist clients in achieving their beauty goals through personalized treatment plans
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Uphold the company's values and standards of professionalism
• Stay updated on the latest beauty and wellness trends and techniques
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the beauty, fitness, or makeup industry
• Strong knowledge of beauty and wellness products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with beauty and wellness software such as Salesforce or CRM systems
• Certification in beauty therapy, makeup artistry, or a related field is a plus
• Fluent in Indonesian and English
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction
