📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the retail sales process, from customer inquiries to closing deals.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.,Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.,Assist in organizing and participating in sales training and development programs.,Contribute to the team's success by maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Willingness to travel for sales activities.
