📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events and job fairs.,Support the recruitment team in maintaining a positive employer brand.,Assist in preparing and sending out job offers and onboarding materials.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
