📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and evaluate operational processes to identify areas for improvement.,Oversee the daily operations of the company, including production, logistics, and quality control.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff to ensure they meet performance targets.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business performance.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Manage budgets and resources to ensure optimal use and cost efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
