📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to promote our products and services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.,Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales data.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support company goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
