📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with development teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity and readability,Develop user guides, manuals, and other technical materials,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve documentation,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and resolve issues,Ensure documentation is accessible and meets accessibility standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and conciseness,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
