📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and develop a team of restaurant staff, including supervisors and servers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor and control inventory to minimize waste and ensure cost efficiency.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve sales performance.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of managing restaurant teams and driving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience in inventory management and cost control.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and company policies.,Familiarity with marketing strategies and sales analysis.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
