📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of the restaurant's infrastructure.,Ensure that all construction projects are completed on time and within budget.,Inspect and approve construction plans and materials.,Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.,Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations.,Perform site visits and inspections to monitor project progress.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and regulations.,Proficiency in using AutoCAD or other design software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with construction management software and project management tools.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits and inspections.
