Duta Fitri Bakery is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional service and a memorable dining experience to our customers. This is a full-time position based in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment, in compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and properly recorded.,Maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
