PT Kartika Pratama is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those with limited HR experience to gain practical knowledge and develop their HR skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in organizing and executing employee training and development programs.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome kits and coordinating orientation sessions.,Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR reports and documents.,Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field (recent graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as ATS, HRIS, and Microsoft Office.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
