📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers at the front desk with a warm and professional manner.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and politely.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.,Assist with check-in and check-out processes for guests or customers.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and manage front desk operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role (preferred but not required).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and office equipment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
