Bloom Bay Indonesia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting in the preparation of tax returns. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update general ledger accounts and financial records,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits,Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts,Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions,Assist in the preparation of financial statements for internal and external stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Indonesian tax regulations,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages
