📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of team members.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and collaboration.,Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Represent the department in meetings and discussions with senior management.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation and growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and delivering results.,Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with HR practices and processes.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
