📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations,Manage store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitor inventory levels and order restocking as needed,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner,Assist in preparing and presenting sales reports to the Store Manager,Support marketing initiatives and promotions to drive sales,Maintain a clean and organized store environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role,Experience in a management or supervisory position is a plus,Strong leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Good knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to lift and move up to 20 kg
