As an Assistant Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our food is prepared to the highest standards, and you will be responsible for assisting the Sous Chef in all aspects of food preparation and presentation.

Assist the Sous Chef in all aspects of food preparation and presentation,Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen,Follow all health and safety regulations,Work as part of a team to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly,Assist in the training and development of junior kitchen staff,Participate in menu development and cost control,Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet guest expectations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Sous Chef or similar role,Proven track record of working in a professional kitchen environment,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent communication and teamwork skills,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays,Fluent in English and Indonesian
